Pre Order Terms and Conditions. All Pre-Orders will be charged at the time of purchase

To ensure the safety and well being of our customers, and employees we are taking extra steps in ensuring that all workstations are disinfected, and sanitized daily. We are also adhering to strict social distancing protocols.

With the increasing cost of raw materials, and rapidly increasing cost in shipping we are also working extremely hard at maintaining our same affordable prices.

In an effort to maintain a safe work environment for our employees and continue to offer our customers high-quality affordable products we are no longer maintaining large stocks of inventory.  Each item is made as they are ordered by the customer “Pre-Order” and handled with strict sanitary and safety protocols. When ordering items on pre-order your expected delivery date is 8 weeks from the date you place your order.

Pre-Order Guarantee 

We absolutely guarantee you will get the item. Please know we are working extremely hard at getting your order to you as soon as possible and will do everything we can to get your order to you promptly.  

Orders containing items on Pre-Order:

Any order that contains an item that is on pre-order will not be shipped until the pre-order item is available for shipping. If your other items are available for shipping and you would like to have the other items on your order shipped separately a $5.00 shipping fee will apply.

Pre-Order Cancellations: 

All pre-order cancellations are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. All cancellation refunds will be issued in the form of a Body Maxx gift card.  Once your order is assigned a tracking number the order can no longer be canceled or changed in any way. 

Changes After Placing Orders:

Please review your purchase before submitting your order to ensure billing/shipping, sizes and quantities ordered are correct. We are not able to make changes to sizes, quantities, add or remove items once you place your order.
