Product Damage Guarantee

In the rare occasion your products arrived damaged or become damaged we do offer a 14 Day Product Damage Guarantee. Issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery. Contact us at [e-mail] include your name, order number and photos of the damage product. Product Damage Guarantee expires after 14 days of delivery, and on products that have been washed, heat dried or not cleared for properly. 

Product Damage Guarantee is not valid on products that have been washed, heat dried or not cleared for properly.
