If you have purchased an item that is on backorder merchandise that is on backorder will arrive separately. Review your order confirmation and the product description to confirm that item you are missing is not on backorder.
Missing items must be reported within 3 business days of delivery. If the item that you are missing is not on back order please contact us at email@example.com include your name, order number, and the item that is missing as well as a photo of the shipping label or exterior of the package. We will require a photo of the actual shipping label in order to assist you with missing items.
