If you received email or text message stating that your order was delivered, and you have not received your order please take the following steps:
- If you are in the United States, your order shipped via United States Post Office, please check your mailbox, or contact your local post office.
Please log into your Body Maxx account for shipping updates, you may also check your email inbox for an order confirmation and confirm that you entered the correct shipping address. If you notice that you entered the incorrect shipping, and the package has been delivered we sorry but we would not be able to assist you with rerouting or retrieving the package. You may contact your local post office for assistance.
