I think this company is fake I order something almost a month ago haven’t heard anything from them I have called text and sent several emails please don’t order anything from them

I'm beginning to think this as well , I paid for expedited shipping and I got a tracking number but it hasn't updated at all its been 2 weeks I've reached out via phone, email and text and nothing. I plan to try and call the bank see if I can get my money and report them , I don't jnow what else to do
While I understand the impact of covid, I have ordered multiple items from companies after I ordered this and have received them. Also as professional and good customer service they should have updates to those orders especially if you pay h or 2-3 day shipping and its been 14 days
I have called multiple times, text them, emailed them and sent them a message on Instagram. Have had no response
I saw in here that other people waited months which is why I question legitimacy. I appreciate you letting me know that they do actually exist i guess I wait. And pray they didn't rip me off , very disappointing, will never order ftom here again

At this point they are considered scammers ! I will be getting in touch with a lawyer since I can’t get a refund . How hard is a refund ? I paid 60$ for something I probably won’t ever receive , idc it I was 1$ it’s my money that I’m working for . During this pandemic I’m esstintal ! This is out of hand .

This is crazy how are they still in business they will not respond I even sent a message on IG that I was going to report them and file a claim still nothing
I made two emails, several calls left a voicemail. No response. Waited well over 3 months. I’m flying down to SoCal and going in person to get a FULL refund. Total scam I would never recommend this place. Waste of $98.70. Most definitely bringing a lawyer into this. Many people getting scammed by this business.
I ordered may 14th still haven't received my order on top of that they don't want to give nobody money back at this point class action lawsuit is in order i spent $100 i don't even want the stuff anymore this is the worst .
I ordered my waist trimmer on Oct 30th and recieved it on Nov 5th, it fits perfectly I love it, I was concerned after ordering n reading all these comments about not getting product, but was relieved when it came in and had tracking updates the whole way
