What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of our products , we are unable to accepts returns and issue refunds. Body Maxx only accepts exchanges on same product different size. Buyer's will have 14 Days from order date to initiate the exchange. If your desired size is not in stock, we will issue a store credit. Buyers are responsible for the cost of shipping the product they wish to exchange, and a $14.00 exchange restocking fee will apply to all exchanges. Products eligible for exchange must be new, unused, and in the exact same condition they were upon delivery. Plastic packing must be returned. No exceptions. Refused packages by customers will not be accepted as an exchange or form of cancellation.

FINAL SALE - any products with a discount of 40% or more are final sale purchases. These items cannot be returned for a refund, store credit or exchange.
