Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to exchange products for a different size. We only accept exchanges on new, unused, and unworn items. Only one exchange per customer. All items must be in the exact same condition as they were upon delivery, including all packaging. If the item is in any form different from its original condition, we will not be able to exchange your trainer with a different size. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the products they wish to exchange back to Body Maxx, customers are also responsible for the cost of shipping the replacement product, and an exchange restocking fee of $14 will apply. If we do not carry the item in a size that would fit you, you will receive store credit. We do not issue refunds.
